FitTrack Pro collects the following types of information to provide you with the best fitness tracking experience:

• Workout Data: Training plans you create, exercises you perform, completion status, sets, reps, and weights
• Fitness Metrics: Duration of workouts, estimated calories burned, intensity levels you select
• Personal Preferences: Workout preferences, favorite exercises, difficulty level settings

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, app version (for compatibility and crash reporting)
• Usage Data: Features you use most frequently, session duration (stored locally only)

1.3 What We Do NOT Collect

• ❌ No personal identifiers (name, email, phone number)
• ❌ No location data
• ❌ No contacts or social connections
• ❌ No payment information (one-time purchase only)
• ❌ No health data beyond workout metrics you manually enter

2How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:

• Core Functionality: To display your training plans, track exercise completion, and show workout progress
• Personalization: To remember your preferences and customize the app experience
• Performance Analytics: To calculate calories burned, track workout duration, and display intensity levels
• App Improvement: To understand feature usage patterns and improve app performance (local analytics only)

3Data Storage and Security

3.1 Local Storage

All your data is stored locally on your device. FitTrack Pro does not upload any personal or workout data to external servers. Your information remains entirely on your iPhone or iPad.

3.2 Data Security Measures

• ✅ All data is stored in iOS sandboxed storage, accessible only by FitTrack Pro
• ✅ No cloud synchronization unless you explicitly enable iCloud Backup through iOS Settings
• ✅ No data transmission over networks for core functionality
• ✅ Regular security updates to protect against vulnerabilities

3.3 Data Retention

Your workout data is retained indefinitely until you choose to delete it. You can delete individual workouts or all data at any time through the app settings. When you delete the app, all associated data is automatically removed from your device.

4Third-Party Services

4.1 What's Not Included

• ❌ No analytics SDKs (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.)
• ❌ No advertising networks
• ❌ No social sharing integrations
• ❌ No cloud storage providers
• ❌ No payment processors within the app (handled entirely by Apple App Store)

4.2 Apple Ecosystem

The only external interaction is with Apple's App Store for purchase validation and optional iCloud Backup if you enable it in iOS Settings. These services are governed by Apple's own privacy policies.

5Your Rights and Choices

You have complete control over your data:

5.1 Access Your Data

All your workout data is visible within the app at any time. You can review your training history, completed exercises, and progress statistics.

5.2 Correct Your Data

You can edit or modify any workout entry, exercise details, or personal preferences directly in the app.

5.3 Delete Your Data

• Delete Individual Workouts: Swipe left on any workout in your history to delete it
• Delete All Data: Go to Settings → Privacy → Clear All Data
• Delete by Uninstalling: Removing the app from your device automatically deletes all associated data

5.4 Export Your Data

You can export your workout history as a CSV file through Settings → Export Data for your personal records.

6Children's Privacy

FitTrack Pro is designed for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.

6.1 Age Restrictions

• If you are under 13, please do not use this app without parental consent
• We do not intentionally gather personal information from visitors who are under 13
• If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately

6.2 Parental Control

Parents can monitor and control app usage through iOS Screen Time settings. Since all data is stored locally, parents can also delete the app to remove all data.

7Data Sharing and Disclosure

7.1 General Principle

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. FitTrack Pro does not share your workout data or usage information with any third parties.

7.2 Legal Exceptions

We may disclose information only if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency). Given that we store all data locally on your device, we technically cannot access your data to comply with such requests.

7.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, user information would remain protected as described in this Privacy Policy. However, since no data is transmitted to our servers, there is no user data to transfer.

8Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this policy and/or by displaying a notice within the app upon your next launch.

8.1 How to Review Changes

• Check this page periodically for updates
• Review the "Last Updated" date
• Read any in-app notifications about policy changes

Your continued use of the app after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
